Kombucha Brewing with Elizabeth Vecchiarelli - $30
Learn to make your own probiotic beverages at home in this hands on workshop with PRESERVED owner Elizabeth Vecchiarelli. We will learn the history, nutritive value and demonstrate the simple technique of continuous brewing, flavoring & carbonating kombucha. Each student will receive in-depth recipe guides and a bottle of flavored kombucha to ferment at home! This class is outdoors, so please dress appropriately.
