Learn to make your own fermented sodas in this hands-on workshop with PRESERVED owner Elizabeth Vecchiarelli. We will learn about the history, nutritive value, and simple technique of fermenting beverages three ways: with a ginger-bug, whey (a by-product from cheese-making), and water-kefir grains! Carbonate your beverages naturally and enjoy probiotic benefits! Each student will get recipe guides and a personal bottle of our in-class brew to ferment at home!
Classes are outdoors so please dress appropriately! In the event of rain, classes are subject to cancellation.
