Cultured Pickling: Sauerkraut, Kimchi & More - $30
Learn to make your own live-cultured sauerkraut, kimchi or other pickled vegetable variation in this hands-on workshop with PRESERVED owner Elizabeth Vecchiarelli. We will learn about the history, nutritive value, and simple technique of lacto-fermented pickling. Each student will get recipe guides and a personal jar of cultured vegetables to ferment at home!
Classes are outdoors, so please dress appropriately. In the event of rain, classes are subject to cancellation.
