Summer is still rockin', and with that brings local, fresh, spicy peppers! Learn to make a fermented hot sauce with PRESERVED owner Elizabeth Vecchiarelli. We will discuss different methods of fermenting and different styles of hot sauce like sriracha, chili-paste, pique, and more! Each student will make a version of hot sauce to take home!
