Canning Vinegar Pickles with Sam Radof - $35
Learn how to make vinegar pickled vegetables with Chef Sam Radov! Sam is a culinary professional with over a decade of experience of canning jams, tomatoes, pickles and chutneys. We will learn the basics of vinegar pickling and some tasty recipes. Then we will learn how to properly and safely can them using the water-bath method. Students will receive with their own personal jar of finished pickles that we make in class. This is a perfect class for a beginner or for someone looking to brush up on their canning practice and get re-inspired.
